Anthony founded Inner City Helping Homeless in 2013. He has a background in the Youth Community & Voluntary Sector. Anthony serves on multiple boards including the Community Awareness of Drugs, Grangegorman Redevelopment and the Dominick Street Regeneration Board. He is currently appointed to the Dublin City Council Housing Special Policy Committee alongside the Joint Policing Committee for Dublin City. Anthony is serving Dublin City Councillor. He was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer in 2019.
David Hall was one of the co-founders of New Beginning in 2010. In July 2012 David and other concerned citizens established the Irish Mortgage Holders Organisation (IMHO) to help consumers tackle the increasing burden of personal debt. In addition to IMHO, David owns and runs Lifeline Ambulance Service. David also founded the Make-A-Wish Ireland Foundation in 1992 and was its voluntary CEO for 10 years.
David was president of the international organisation of Make-A-Wish from 1999 to 2001. David also chaired the board of the Marie Keating Foundation from 2001 to 2011 and was a board member of the Beaumont Hospital Foundation. David is the CEO of approved housing body iCare Housing. David is also Chairman of Inner City Helping Homeless. Over the past 3 years David has been to the forefront on a national basis in advocating on behalf of those in mortgage and personal debt.
David has significant experience and success in negotiating deals with banks on behalf of debtors.
Clare is an experienced finance and governance professional with a BA Hons in Social Science and a Diploma in Charity Law, Trusteeship and Governance from The Law Society. She started in ICHH as an outreach volunteer in 2014, quickly joined the management team and has been a director since 2017. Clare is committed to social justice, has been involved in activism and campaigning across many issues and is a regular contributor to discussions on social and political commentary.
Gary qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and founded Gary Daly & Co in 2006. Gary specialises in the areas of insolvency and corporate litigation and has huge experience in property and commercial transactions having provided legal advice for several years in connection with NAMA-related transactions and loan portfolios.
Gary also has a very keen interest in human and civil rights and has been involved in many civil society campaigns and is a committee member of the Ireland Palestine Solidarity Campaign and has been involved in extensive political lobbying and pressure groups over the years. Gary has been involved in sports all his life particularly gaelic games and boxing and is a former chairman of Civil Service hurling club and Park Rangers gaelic football club and a current committee member of the Boxing Union of Ireland and Smithfield boxing club and has provided legal advice to various sporting organisations and sports people. Gary is also a qualified boxing coach.
Ann is a former central bank employee of 40 years. Ann came to Inner City Helping Homeless as a volunteer coordinator. Ann is a previous winner of the Best Dub in the 98fm Best of Dublin Awards & Lord Mayor’s Award for her dedication to the volunteer sector. She was also shortlisted in the Volunteer Ireland awards in 2018. Ann was appointed as a Trustee to ICHH in October 2017.
